Evangelism and Outreach Committee Report
We have been blessed this year at Ascension to be working towards the greatest service of all and that is the fulfilling of God’s Great Commission, to “go therefore and make disciples of all nations”. Matthew 28:19.
I want to thank our committee members for their time and effort this year: Amy Roberts, Lorain Glawe, Eric Gerstmann, and Karen Haschke. It has been a blessing to work with such wonderful and caring people.
Our visitor bags have been very successful in our efforts to communicate to our committing that we are a caring church and want to share the good news of God’s love.
We have developed new members packets that help the new member assimilate into our church family.
We continue to stress name tags and friendly welcomes to our guests and visitors.
I look forward to serving with you in the next year as we continue to spread God’s love.
