Sharing Our Gifts

WHAT DOES THE BIBLE SAY TO YOU? Are you sharing your gifts? For what human being knows what is truly human except the human spirit that is within? So also no one comprehends what is truly God's except the Spirit of God. Now we have received not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit that is from God, so that we may understand the gifts bestowed on us by God. 1 Corinthians 2:11-12

Now there are varieties of gifts

but the same spirit;

and there are varieties of service,

but the same Lord;

and there are varieties of working

bit it is the same God who inspires

them all in everyone.

1 Corinthians 12:4-6*

Part of the mission of the members of Ascension Lutheran Church is to share our gifts.   Let others know what skills, services and talents you have to share on our Sharing Our Gifts list. Your God given gifts may be teaching music, yard work, cooking, baby sitting, landscaping, writing, computer repair, or whatever.  You may charge a fee or not for your service or products.  Add a gift you wish to share to the list by simply sending the name of your service or product, your name, fees and contact information to the church office.  It may be your vocation, avocation, hobbies or talents.  Thank you.
